Things learned in airport security
- If you've recently renewed your drivers license, be sure NOT to bring the expired copy, even if it does look the same.
- Even though you may have attempted to free yourself of metal objects by moving all possessions to another bag prior to the metal detector, ALWAYS double check your back pocket as Altoid Tins do contain metal
- Regardless of being slightly late for a flight, ALWAYS take a moment to put your belt back on before running to the gate.
- Despite what you might think, cigarette packets DO indeed contain metal
- Though going through the TSA screening may be kind of fun, other travelers WILL look at you suspiciously when they realize that they are on the same flight.
