Fun with Cilia, Or the proper usage of Nasonex
Good stuff here. The always informative and often funny blurbomat details the proper procedure for using a nasal spray such as Nasonex.
I appreciate step 2 the best. Very helpful for those of us who are directionly disabled:
"Tilt head WAY forward. Look to Australia if you are in the Northern hemisphere, Alaska if you are in the Southern hemisphere."

Sadly I have been inhaling, thus swallowing and often gagging, the nasty tasting stuff.
I'll have to experiment with my technique tonight before bedtime.
ps, has anyone used a neti pot? What are your thoughts? I really want one, but am kind of ashamed to admit it.
