Dios Malos getting set
Only one band in the studio tonight. The ever excellent Dios Malos. They played a great session that I am really looking forward to hearing in it's final mixed form.
To celebrate our easy day and the pending end to the trip we stopped for shakes at the 101 Coffee Shop. The 101 is conveniently located off the lobby of our Hotel.
I must say that a Chocolate shake with a shot of espresso is probably as near to heaven as one can get in LA. (In my opinion,) (Unless, of course, you are staying at the Church of Scientology Celebrity Guest house a few blocks away. But if you add a few thetan blockers I'm sure you'd be set.)
The BLT is pretty darn good too.
Celeb sighting of the day was Vicki Randle from the Tonight Show Band, dining at the 101
